Enrico Calesso is conducting the new production of “Lohengrin” at the Teatro Lirico Giuseppe Verdi, marking the 150th anniversary of the premiere of Wagner’s opera in Trieste under the direction of Luigi Mancinelli.

Enrico Calesso is conducting the new production of "Elektra" at the Mainfranken Theater, for which he supervised a new and special version of the score, basing it on the classic reduzierte Fassung but reintroducing the Sonderinstrumente provided by the original version and recalibrating the string ensemble for the acoustics of the Theaterfabrik Blaue Halle.
